Support the Design and Leadership of National Change Initiatives |

| | CI is uniquely qualified to support large scale national and statewide change initiatives aimed at community-level action and outcomes. This service is geared toward government agencies and national organizations, including foundations, that endeavor to maximize their investments and effectivenessas they work simultaneously with multiple communities (grantees). CI team members will:- Help design an effective change strategy, including planning for evaluation and sustainability.
- Consult and coach leaders who are responsible for leading and managing these larger-scale initiatives.
- Provide local groups or grantees with tailored technical assistance–such as help with building effective coalitions along with developing and implementing community action plans.
- Develop and support peer learning strategies, generally combining a mix of face-to-face and virtual learning opportunities.
- Lead learning collaboratives of groups or partnerships from different communities working on similar aims and/or issues areas.
- Help with distilling lessons learned, sharing results with the broader public and discovering implications for future
