Community Initiatives provides tailored support to community-based organizations, coalitions and collaborations.  The CI team is able to:

• Co-design and support implementation of effective change processes—vision driven, participative,
  outcomes-focused and supported by data.
• Help community-based organizations develop and implement strategic plans.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate results-oriented community meetings and dialogues.
• Guide development and implementation of policy and environmental change strategies.
• Coach community organizations or local government on public involvement strategies and processes. 
• Help local boards establish effective governance practices and structures.
• Support the design, development and integration of measurement and evaluation within a broader change process.
